Why do I need a coach?
While self-learning is a great way to gather information and gain knowledge, the benefit of a personal coach is discussion and questions that challenge your thinking, give insights, and allow your group to verbalize their thoughts. A coach will help your team see and better understand the perspective of the others on the team, in a safe, learning-oriented environment.
